FAQ

Logistics Service Guide

In shipment, dangerous goods refer to any articles or substances capable of causing a major accident (such as fire, explosion, poisoning or environmental pollution) if subjected to impact, exposed to heat, or if their containers are opened during transit.

A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), a Dangerous Goods Packaging Inspection Certificate, and a Dangerous Goods (DG) Declaration prior to shipment are fundamentally required. If you provide the MSDS, we can handle the packaging inspection and DG Declaration on your behalf.

Yes! An MSDS is strictly required and must be provided as an English file issued or updated within the past two years in order to proceed. Within the MSDS, Section 14 (Transport Information) is the most critical, specifically for verifying the UN Number and Class.
